Deliveries outside of the UK to Europe and the Rest of the World.
Tax and duties where applicable
Please be aware that for deliveries in the EU and the rest of the world, customs duties and VAT charges may be applicable. Unfortunately, we cannot alter this situation.
You’ll be contacted by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or the courier company used if you need to pay any VAT, duty or delivery charges (‘handling fees’) to receive your goods.
They’ll send you a bill stating exactly which fees you need to pay.
They’ll normally hold your parcel for about 3 weeks. If you have not paid the bill by then, your parcel will be returned to the sender.
Deliveries of Cards and Prints
All cards and prints are produced within 48 hours of receiving your order. Deliveries to UK addresses are delivered within 7 working days, with deliveries to other locations expected between 10-12 working days. We cannot be held responsible for any postal/courier delays.
CARDS
Personalised cards
You can purchase blank cards and have them sent to you or you can choose to have the cards printed with your own message. To do this simply click the button “Click here to personalise this card” and you will be taken through to the editor. When you reach the basket, just add your recipient's address.

PRINTS
Packaging
Each print is carefully handled and wrapped in tissue paper, and then placed between 2 pieces of reinforced cardboard, before being wrapped again in a purpose-built postal sleeve. Our aim is to always present the prints in a beautiful way that gives maximum protection and our delivery prices reflect this.

Moles are currently only available for UK Delivery.
If you placed your order before 1st December, please allow 7-10 working days from 1st December when despatch started. If you placed your order after 1st December, please allow 7-10 working days from the day you placed your order. Thank you for you patience at this busy time.
