New Shop

Yes, we’ve moved the shop to Shopify to provide a better shopping experience! Our previous platform required all customers to create an account, which we know could be time-consuming. Now, you can shop without registering an account. Just add your items and checkout.

Please note that your order history from the previous store is not available in this new system. However, if you create an account on our new platform, you’ll be able to view all future orders in one place. If you’d like information about orders placed on the old store, our support team is happy to assist—just reach out to us at support@charliemackesy.com.

Registration

No, registration is no longer required to place an order. However, creating an account has its perks. By registering, you can view your purchases and manage your details.

If you have recently placed an order through our previous shop, rest assured that it is being fulfilled. Should you have any questions, feel free to contact us anytime via our support desk at support@charliemackesy.com.

Shipping & Delivery

For cards, delivery to the UK is £1.35 (inc VAT), delivery to Europe is £1.99, and delivery to everywhere else is £2.59.

For prints, delivery to the UK is £9.99 (inc VAT), delivery to Europe is £16.99, and delivery to everywhere else is £22.99.

Orders are despatched within 5 working days and delivered in: UK 2-3 working days and overseas 5-7 working days.


The shop will send you confirmation by email containing an order summary. As this is an automated service the email can end up in SPAM or JUNK folders so please check.

You should receive an email from RoyalMail, Parcelforce or DPD once the parcel has been dispatched. Delivery should be within 2-3 days from this point for the UK and 5-10 days for overseas.



For prints, international deliveries (since Brexit this includes the EU) may be subject to local VAT, customs duties and handling charge, which may add 20-30% to the price you have paid for your order, depending on your location.

Currently, we regret that these charges will need to be paid by the addressee before the order can be released, and this may incur a delay. Unfortunately this is not something we can influence or control.  




We can track parcels which include a print, but we are unable to track greetings cards only as these are sent using standard postal services.

To track a package which includes a print, check the delivery notification email you will have been sent as this contains a tracking link. Alternatively please email support@charliemackesy.com.

All orders are sent with a delivery note. The receipt showing the price is only sent to the person placing the order, via email, within the confirmation email.



The resale of Charlie Mackesy cards, prints or other works, is strictly not permitted under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding

Returns & Refunds

Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.

In the case when the product and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund.

In the case when the packaging has been opened and the product has been used, you are eligible for a partial refund.

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligible for a refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.
