Shipping policy

UPDATE ON CUSTOMS AND DUTIES:

USA Customers
No extra duties or fees — all USA taxes and duties are collected at checkout. Your order will arrive seamlessly with no unexpected customs bills.

EU Customers
We now collect all applicable taxes and duties on every EU order, regardless of value. This means there are no additional charges to pay when your goods are delivered.

Rest of World Customers
For deliveries outside the UK, EU and USA, local customs duties, VAT, or handling charges may still apply. These are determined by your destination country and must be paid directly to release your parcel. Your courier will contact you if any payment is required.


Delivery Times

Cards & Prints

  • Cards and prints are produced within 48 hours of order.

  • UK delivery: within 7 working days.

  • International delivery: 10–12 working days.

    (Please note: delivery times can vary due to postal or courier delays.)

Fine Art Prints

  • Printed to order, signed by Charlie, then framed and packed by hand.

  • Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

Packaging

  • Prints are wrapped in tissue, secured between reinforced card, and sent in purpose-built sleeves for protection.
  • Fine Art Prints are shipped in reinforced gallery boxes with foam protection, then placed inside an outer box for double security.
